My Services

Therapy for Young Adults

Young adults (ages 18-26) who are looking for one on one therapy to help navigate life transitions, discover their identity, and have meaningful relationships. Together, we will address issues that come up for you throughout your daily life, explore what might be causing them, and identify ways to move beyond them.

Therapy for Preteens and Teens

The preteen to teenage phase of life can be tough for both parents and their kids. Parents typically bring their kids in to see me for social anxiety, depression, and school problems. My work with preteens teens includes creating a safe space for them to feel seen and heard, and teaching coping skills to face some of their real life stressors.

Therapy for Couples

Couples therapy is for adults who are married, engaged, dating, or even in a “situationship.” Typically couples come in to improve communication, build trust, and discuss difficult topics that affect the relationship. This will be a safe space to engage in hot button issues, as well as learn more about each other through the process.

Therapy for Families

Family therapy can include any unit of the family that involves more than one person, other than a couple. Typically I will see parents with their child or children, or adult children with their parents. Family therapy can be a great place for families to come together and go deeper in their relationships, address issues, and communicate needs more effectively.
